New in Real Estate business is our service to drive you around the area for one day. this proyect starts with giving us your wishes in order to find you your dream house on the Costa Blanca. We will make a selection of properties for you and will show around so you can make your decission. That way you can select a couple of houses which you want to see from the inside.
Because we are familair in the area we will find you a couple of houses you will find most attractive. Not only from our own database but also from others, it can led to a surprising answer, because you will see houses you would have never have selected from the Internet or the pictures a real estate agent is showing you.
The day starts at our Torrevieja office with a cup of coffee or tea and a look in our latest property database. Then we will hit the road showing you around the area and visiting some houses we think are interesting for you. We will lunch in one of the many fine restaurants the Costa Blanca have to offer. In the afternoon we will visit some more properties or areas, just as you wish. Ofcourse we can always tell you quiet a couple of things from the neighboorhoods we are driving in or thru.
For this new service we charge € 499,-- including the coffee or tea and a Spanish lunch. You will be driven in a modern airconditioned luxery car. Airport pickups are also possible, just let us know. And when you buy a house with us we pay you back double the charge, so that means a discount to some people but an investment to real estate buyers !!!
