A piece of advice for people who need to sell is the start of this posting for today. Please be aware that in this buyers market we can not alwyas help you out with a very quick sale. We always do our utmost best to help you and if you give us all the right information, the best price possible and nice photo´s we will be able to help you out quickly! Yes we already had sales which were signed within 24 hours. Wathever everybody is telling you, it is possible! Do not let your solicitor tell you that he needs at least 6 weeks or so to figure everything out because he is supose to be working for you!
Normally with a quick sale you will receive the deposit to cover the running costs and we can sign within a month after the deposit is paid. And yes every case is different but this is the general time line we see in the current market.
So before your in even further trouble with your bank or other finance companies who do not work for you but only for their own best interest give us a try and lets see if we can help you out. If you do not want to deal with this emotional times yourself you can always ask your bank or solicitor to contact us with your file. Most of them will know us and have worked with us before.
