lot's of people think that we do have crisis in real estate but nothing is true about that, YES prices are dropping but if we have houses up for sale that are already priced below today market value.....
don;t think you can get more of the price. lot's of people don;t know about real estate value and think that the owner of a house NEEDS to sell his house. yes he/she wants to sell it but not for a price that is UNREALISTIC !!!
If you don;t know a lot of prices in today's chaotic market get yourself a evaluator who knows about these things and will tell you that you will still buy something that is cheap !!!! Bargain prices that is what we have on our site.
